For the third year ina row Spectrum’s Amsterdam NYstore failed toproperly put meon seasonal plus hold for myvacation home. This happened again, despite metelling representative Lydia ofthe past problems. This time they kept cable service onthe account even though Ireturned the cable box and remote. Tomake matters worse nophone number for the store isavailable, and the 5customer service reps I’ve spoken with can’t correct the problem until the “pending” order closes. Iwas told bydifferent reps that the process takes 24hrs, 48hrs, oran unknown amount ofhrs tocomplete. Inthe meantime I’m being charged for aservice Idon’t have and can’t use because Iturned inthe cable box 4daysago. IfI could give Spectrum and the Amsterdam store 0stars Iwould have.… – show

Everyone atthe store was very helpful infinding asolution tomy Internet and mobile issue. They all worked together tofigure itout forme. Itwas very busy and ihad towait myturn but I'm very satisfied with their service.

Went there after spending hours onthe phone,to get anew router and modem. They didn't put myorder incorrectly. But the gentleman atthe store fixedit. Ihonestly would've been lost without all ofhis help. Hetook his time explaining everything.He was myhero,by the time Ileft:)
