After being hit with stomach flu recently, I regained my appetite with a vengeance! Snacking has felt more like I’m eating full meals so I decided to take back a little control and ensure I have some healthier snacks to hand when I need something to nibble on.
Energy balls are the perfect option… and I have a huge choice of recipes for you. From vegan, to chocolate, high protein and gluten free… the one thing all of these energy ball recipes have in common though is that there is no cooking involved.
