Call of Duty: Warzone players are not happy with the latest weekly playlist update, since many want their favorite game modes, including Resurgence Duos and Rebirth Solos, to return. The Call of Duty: Warzone community is sharing their feedback about the update on social media, as some hope that the next update could bring modes that players have been clamoring for.

Call of Duty: Warzone continues to offer new maps, balance updates, content updates, and limited-time events nearly four years after the original release of Warzone in 2020. Season 4 of Warzone is currently underway with limited-time challenges and teases involving Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, the next mainline entry in the series launching on October 25. Moreover, 120-player lobbies are coming soon to Warzone, and the Season 4 Reloaded update is expected to launch near the end of the month. Playlists will continue to be updated once a week, with the most recent playlist update having launched on Thursday, June 13.

Raven Software's official Twitter account revealed the weekly Warzone playlist that will be available until June 19, which includes Buy Back Royale Solos, Ranked Play Trios, Plunder Quads, and Lockdown Quads. However, players weren't thrilled about the selection of game modes for the week, due to the omission of Resurgence Duos and Rebirth Solos. Resurgence Duos appears to be the most requested game mode for the playlist, since many argue that the inclusion of Resurgence Solos, Trios, and Quads does not make sense without Duos. Further, some Twitter users are considering waiting until next week's Warzone playlist update before playing the game again.

Warzone Players Aren't Happy About the June 13 Playlist Update

At the very least, many players are pleased by the inclusion of Rebirth Quads this week, since Rebirth Island is a fan-favorite Warzone map. However, this is unlikely, since the Warzone developers want to rotate modes in order to keep the playlist fresh for new and returning players.

Call of Duty series developer Treyarch recently confirmed that Warzone will receive Black Ops 6's new omnidirectional movement system. Warzone players can expect a major update to be released around the launch of Black Ops 6, and the playlist will likely undergo some changes as well. More information about new Warzone updates and Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 will be revealed at the Call of Duty NEXT event this August.
